great job Patty, I know that Leslie has a few tapes, but I noticed that the 1st mile and the 3rd mile were easier then the 2nd, so I did those two first, then worked my way up to all 3, or did 2 in the morning and one later in the day. as long as you do it, you make it work for you. good luck.. I hurt my knee so haven't exercised in 2 weeks, I'm starting back up tomorrow. I need to catch up to the others for the 1000 mins. but can't wait, it will certainly be a goal to fight for. Cheryl
I am still doing the gym. I am not a huge fan of the cardio equipment (it is older there than I am used to)...but it works. There I usually do the bike, a bit on the elliptical, some light weights on my arms, and inner thigh machine.
My friend has a membership at planet fitness with unlimited guest priviledges. So I went with her at 9 this morning. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, then 15 on the bike, then 7 on the elliptical. So 42 minutes of straight cardio...nothing else today.
I have an appointment tomorrow at noon with a personal trainer at fitness world to find out what I should be doing etc. It is going well.
