Today is the first  day the i  did Leslie Sansone  one mile walk and didnt   stop  or  cheat  or anything  wooo hoo.   I use to try to do it and  get  too tired and have to just walk in place  Gonna try the two mile walk tomorrow. woo hoo. Patty P

great job Patty,  I know that Leslie has a few tapes, but I noticed that the 1st mile and the 3rd mile were easier then the 2nd, so I did those two first, then worked my way up to all 3, or did 2 in the morning and one later in the day.  as long as you do it, you make it work for you.  good luck.. I hurt my knee so haven't exercised in 2 weeks, I'm starting back up tomorrow.  I need to catch up to the others for the 1000 mins.  but can't wait, it will certainly be a goal to fight for.   Cheryl

That's awesome Patty!  Working your way up is the way to go.  I had to do the one mile for a few ties, then added the balls and did it a few times, then did the 2 miles without balls, then added etc.  There was no way I could have jumped right in.  Keep it going!

I am still doing the gym.  I am not a huge fan of the cardio equipment (it is older there than I am used to)...but it works.  There I usually do the bike, a bit on the elliptical, some light weights on my arms, and inner thigh machine. My friend has a membership at planet fitness with unlimited guest priviledges.  So I went with her at 9 this morning.  I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, then 15 on the bike, then 7 on the elliptical.  So 42 minutes of straight cardio...nothing else today. I have an appointment tomorrow at noon with a personal trainer at fitness world to find out what I should be doing etc.  It is going well.

Patty congradulations on doing the one mile walk..it great to be able to walk with out pain..dont try to much but it always good to push yourself to next level when your ready.. Barb
