Oops a day late but nor forgotten( March Exercise)
Not sure how this works for you guys. So far this month, I have exercised for 379 minutes. That includes my stationary bike, outdoor walking and the Walk-fit DVD. (Do you count all that stuff or is it just the walking?) I really boosted my minutes by going for a 7.1 mile walk this morning while the weather was clear! (I need to trim my time down by 20 minutes to reach my goal of 7 miles in 2 hours!)
I can't wait until the snow is gone and I can walk outside more.....SAFELY!
