Oops a day late but nor forgotten( March Exercise)

ok, here is my goal, I'm behind, I havn't begun and won't start till Wed, but, my goal is to catch up and do 1000.....I'm gonna be in trainning for the walk for MS.

Not sure how this works for you guys. So far this month, I have exercised for 379 minutes. That includes my stationary bike, outdoor walking and the Walk-fit DVD. (Do you count all that stuff or is it just the walking?)  I really boosted my minutes by going for a 7.1 mile walk this morning while the weather was clear! (I need to trim my time down by 20 minutes to reach my goal of 7 miles in 2 hours!)   I can't wait until the snow is gone and I can walk outside more.....SAFELY!

OMG Ruth your awesome, I walked for 1000 in Jan. and I think I only did 300 for Feb. and none so far this month.  back to my normal schedule on WEd.  and you can count any kind of activity.  You Go Girl...
