I hope some one can help me.  I have lost 26lbs from September when I started.  Well I did my measurements and I have not lost any inches How can this be?  If anyone know what could be going on please let me know. Peggy

Have you noticed a change in how your clothes are fitting?

I thought pants were getting looser until I measured now I am not sure.  My waist and hips have not changed at all.

If your clothes are looser than maybe the measurements are not the same?  Are you sure you are measuring the same place?  Maybe you are not pulling the tape measure as tight or loose as before.  I would go by the scale and the way your clothes fit.  I have jeans I can't wear anymore because they are falling off me now.

I bet your face has thinned a bit and through your back. As a general rule the last place you gain will be the first place you lose Hips tummy and thighs are usually the last places we start to see a change.I know my face hands fore arms and calves I noticed a change right out of surgery practically. Hang in there It will start to show other places soon Im sure.

Hi Peg, frustrating, isnt' it?  I haven't measured myself - just simply because it's hard to get a consistant, accurate reading for me.  What I can tell you - is that I started with about 210bls to lose, I've only this past week started to notice a change in how much clothes fit - after loosing about 50lbs altogether.
