I am still thinking about planning it... But surely it can be a group effort.  Just trying to think of a place to have it that is centrally located for all.

I'm sorry Kathy if I stepped in, I couldn't remember if we were going to plan it as a grou*****t, I was just thinking "summer is right around the corner" haha... was thinking we have plenty of time to plan, but if we had to reserve a place we should do that soon, before they are all booked up.  If you need any help, I would love to help.  Just name it... Just give me a sign and I'll be there.  Thanks for doing this.  Cheryl

No, not at all!! As I said I welcome the help. Pam had brought it up a while back and I had volunteered.   Certainly if you want to go and check out the Range Pond, I am up for that!

Kathy, like I said earlier, I"ve been to both Range and Sabago, both nice.  $60 but driving in thru gate was $3.50 a person last year.  Range is more private, and if any of you are like me walking around in bathing suit in public isn't my thing.  how about camp grounds?? too

Private is good!!  Even though I have lost 137.5 lbs, I don't actually like what I look like in a bathing suit, not until after plastics anyway!    I will check online for different campgrounds.  Where do you live?  As for me, I will drive anywhere, but I know for some traveling is an issue.  PS: I spell my name with an i

I dont' mind driving either.  I live in Poland Spring.  If you want someone to go with you to check out places, I'm available, the bad thing is there is so much snow on the ground now we woulnd't be able to see the grounds very well.  do you think if we wait till June it will be too late to reserve a place??

I think is too early but I will still look online now. Just to get ideas.  Keep coming with suggestions!

I think if you waited til early April it would be still early enough to reserve a place.

Range Pond has a private "pavilion" with covered picnic tables, volley ball net, horseshoe rings, and a kitchenette. I think it's $150 to reserve it. I'll travel just about anywhere so just let me know when, where and what to bring!!!!
