crabmeat update
Not that you are going to have crab anytime soon but...I bet it was the mayo. I haven't had regular mayo in years, but I think it is like 11 grams in a tablespoon (not sure how much you used).
I use the reduced fat which is 2g per tablespoon. If you wanted to do an experiment you could always try tuna or chicken with the regular mayo...just teasing!
I have only had it happen twice when I ate too fast. It felt like a big air bubble or something stuck right in the middle of my breast bone. I just got it back up and felt better. I wonder if that lasts forever....or if the opening widens....I mean our stomach can't possibly be where I felt it.
I liked both the cheesecake fluff and soft lasagna ricotta recipe...definitely try them! I added some any whey to the ricotta fluff one (1/2 a scoop in 1/4 cup). So that is a good protein treat.
