What are all you post ops taking for viatmins?  Are you taking a regular one (like centrum) or a specific wls one like bariatric advantage? Anyone add extra calcium in? I know I am waiting for my 2 month labs, but I have read on another board how important calcium is and it seems like a majority include it in their daily vitamins.

Hi Tanya, I take Resource Optisource Bariatric Formula Chewable Vitamins.  I have taken these since day one and have never had any problems with my blood work. The only downfall has been I have to order on line or drive to the Walgreen's in Windham to get them but it is going to get better because we have a Walgreen's opening near me in a few months.
Hugs,

Tanya, In the morning I take: One Centrum Chewable (orange flavor) One 325 mg Ferrous Sulfate Iron One 500 mg Chewable Vitamin C tablet (was told by my nut. that this helps me absorb the iron) One 5000 mcg Biotin (for my hair and nails, been takign it since Ronda told me about it here) Two 400 mcg Folic Acid And I was taking One 2500 mcg sublingual B-12 until recently when I had my 18 month labs, Barb (my nut) told me my B-12 levels were very high and I could stop taking it for 3 months In the evening I take: Two 500 mg Sugar Free Calcium Chews with Vitamin D & K I was told not to take my iron and calcium together because they cancel each other out. ~dori~
