back on track
Good Morning everyone. I am back on track after a few rough days. Yesterday I was "Pretty" good, I ate alot of ham tho and felt very bloated, but at least kept myself in control. Today, I'm good, ate my oatmeal for breakfast with banana. I hope to drop what I gainned. Tomorrow night, is pre op support group, hope to get encouraged, and hope weather his good. I just know my driveway will be an ice rink again. How was everyones's weekend, It was very quiet on here. I'm making a black bean soup, smells good. well, off to do some work, HOnk Honk !!!! Cheryl

It's great that your getting back on track. Just being aware of what you're eatting will help you.
I used fitday when I was pre op and for over the 1st year post op. It helped me keep track of what I was eatting and helped me see if I was getting in enough protein.
I hope you had a good day and that today wasn't as rough.
