Welcome home safe and sound. The first week or so will be tough. Don't fight it. Rest and take the pain meds. It is so worth it. Sip when you can and try to get your protein. You'll start to feel better soon. I'm two weeks out today and sitting at work for another hour or so. I'm proud of the both of you. Welcome to the losers bench!

Sorry this is so late, I haven't bee on on OH lately. YAY for both of you being home and having your surgeries go well!!! I also just wanted to say that I think dehydration is a constant battle, atleast it is for me. I haven't quite figured out how to get all my water in around eating. Just keep sipping!
