Found new snack

I found a new snack at Walmart Its Snack Away Mrs. Freshley's I got the Yogart Creme It has 3 fats, 18 carbs, 5 sugars. i would not eat this everyday but it was good for a snack and it is made with Splenda. It is amazing what they are coming out with. they had other types but this one was the lowest I found in sugar.

Pam, Your new snack sounds good. What kind of a snack is it? Is it a yogurt or a cookie kind of snack? I like that it has 5 grams of sugar. That is my limit, 5 grams or less per serving unless it is a fruit or dairy product, because fruit and milk have a nateral sugar and I can tolerate those better. ~dori~
