So ok, I need to lose this nine pounds or so.  I don't know how to do it a "healthy" way; everything I have tried before results in gaining it all back!  I am super picky when it comes to eating and when I eat less, I feel like I am starving to death.  Any suggestions?  I tried only eating an actual "Serving size" on a smaller plate for dinner and I couldn't believe how little it was!  I ate it and my stomach was growling and I felt dizzy and just wanted more!

What I did was try to get in more protein and less carbs also I started doing my walking videos . I have the walk away the pounds series by Leslie Sansone Oh and getting leaner meats too. Substituted bread with wraps. I switched to egg beaters instead of eggs. Not sure if this will hel*****t but good luck . Oh yeah increased my water intake too.

before this whole process I had done tons of diets, but, my nutritionist had me count calories and Proteins.  she told me to have between 1200-1400 cal and 60-80 proteins.  I had never done it, had to look everything up, and still do, but I"ve lost 12 lbs. since Jan 1st.  I"m old and loose very slow, I did have a hard time, but got much support here and finally it kicked in.  I'm not perfect! but don't give up, I need to be honest with my self, I count everything....I really have learned alot, about foods, and what food have more calories and which have more proteins.  first few days, I messes up, had too many calories and not enought protein.  give it a try for a week.  Move a little more, take stairs, park at furthest point in parking lot.  Good luck, and keep in touch

I cut way back on carbs and tried to make what carbs I ate healthy ones - like whole wheat bread instead of white. I also tried to eat lower fat, lean proteins. When I cut back on carbs and up the protein, I'm never really hungry. Also make sure to get all your water in. It's hard - but you can do it and we're here to support you.
