No not dumping...I am not trying anything I am not supposed to have...dumping scares the heck out of me. So I was eating my scrambled egg white and all the sudden I felt this lump in my chest.  Like right in the middle of my breat bone.  Just this tight weird feeling.  Maybe I ate faster than I was supposed to, my bite was too big?  No idea.  So I went and easily it came back up.  Protein tea for me for breakfast now today.

It was really weird.  So do you think I did eat too fast or didn't chew enough.  Have you guys had what feels like a lump in the middle of your chest before?

oh, Tanya, I can imagine eating slow, after going so long without chewing food must be very challenging.  I'd want to shovel it in for God sake.  I've elliminated cafffine, and soda's, now my next challenge is taking out the drinking with meals.  I thought the pepsi was tough.  How is you mom doing?? when is she going back to see Corinne? I go on 12th, she and I went on same day last month.  well, good luck with your chewing.  I bet you can't wait to go weigh in at Dr's.

She is doing well.  Her next appointment is March 13th (day after you).  Good job on the soda!  I still have a hard time not drinking while I eat.  Probably because I have been drinking my meals for weeks, so having a sip after a meal wasn't a big deal.  AQnd I didn't even need a sip since that is what I was just doing.  I had my refired beands yesterday and soooo wanted a sip of something after.  I imagine eating more and more food will make it important.    It definitely will take some getting used to.

I heard SUmmer say her mom is having wls also with Loggins.  I wish my dgt would do it with me, that would be a very Bonding experience.  Not a good thing to bring up to her, do you agree??

Oh yes, many times!  It always comes back up.  First comes that heavy feeling, then the uncontrollable saliva or "foamies"  I know once I get the foamies,  I know it is going to come back up.

Yes I agree you probably ate to fast. Something else was hard for me to get use to. My stomach will growl after I eat it DOES NOT MEAN your hungry anymore. I always tell my granddaughter (cause she will hear my stomach and say grammy your hungry) I say no my stomach is working on what I ate. Its all a new learning experience.
