chopped up the vitamin

Thank you Shelli, that really stinks, I am going thru menopause and there are some vitamins that have really helped me with Hot flashes and other things.  I'll have to talk to Dr. for sure,  I did not know this info about pills, nice to know, cause there ain't no way in Hell i'm having the Centrum for LIfe,

Is it the Centrum Chewable that you are taking?  Those don't taste that bad.  Or are you just cutting up a regular one? I have been really lucky, I haven't had any problem swallowing pills.  Even the Calcium Citrate Petites that aren't very petite.

yes, it is Centrum Silver, chewable.... Its taste like a sweet tart, uggg!! I need to get some of those choc kind of vitamins,

i take all my vit. with out any problems..i quess i am lucky..

I love the Viactiv one, but my Nut says there aren't enough of all the vitamins and that Centrum was the best. 

I just had my client try the Centrum and he liked it, so it won't go to waste, I will talk to my dr. about those choc. ones.  I need to take something.  better then nothing.
