counting Calories/working great
I don't mean to brag, but I will. I had a bad day Friday on my diet. Had a few drinks, which made me loose sight of what I was eating. Had like 3 pieces of pizza, and lots of stuff. I got on scale on Sat. morning and it was up 2, I knew it would be, but sat. drank all my water, counted, and counted some more. well this morning I was down, not only the 2 I gainned but an extra one. I am down 11 lbs. 5 since I saw Corinne a few weeks ago. HEY GIRLS. I feel pretty good about being by your side realllll soon on that loosers bench. Thanks for all your support.
