how long for each Dr.

My first consult appt was Sept 2nd and Surgery was Jan 7th so 4 months and 5 days. Not to long really.

I started my process last Jan/Feb and I have had alot of testing, what set me back was that they never put down that I had to see a GI specialists, I had an upper GI but they neglected to tell me that I needed a lower GI as well, it took almost 2 1/2 months just to get in and another month for my procedure, not fun.  I am currently waiting for my insurance approval.  Looks like my entire process is over a year, I also have Dr. Loggins.

wow, it certainly is different for everyone, not so much by the dr. tho.. I wonder if they are busier at certain times, that might slow the process down too??? then the amount of tests too? I find this interesting.

I had my meeting with Dr. Loggins on Jan 11, had so much of the pre-surgery stuff done that he gave me a tentative date of 3/31 that day...still have to lose and see Corinne one more time, but I thought it was super fast... kate

I had my consult with Toder after everything else was done on Dec. 4th - then my paperwork was submitted and if I remember correctly I was given my date about a week later after the insurance was approved - the date as we know was Jan 31st

How long was it after your physical therapy, dietition, and psycologist appointments until you saw Dr. Toder?  I understand it's several weeks....that's why I've changed from her to Dr. Huang.

Thanks for ansering.  That's good to know.   I just had my last appointment before the surgeon's appointment.  I'm assuming I'll get a letter in the mail with the appointment date and time.
