I had my appointment with the nurse yesterday and I have lost another 5 pounds.  Only 6 more to go to make my pre-op goal.   Then I had my first appointment with Nate the trainer.  He wants me to include aerobic workout in my schedule starting this week.  My question is this walking gets boring in the house during the winter and I have bad knees.  I have heard some people talking on here about videos that they use for exercising and I was wondering what are good video that are available?   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the recommendation, Candace. I just ordered it. I hope it will help to motivate me, as I do nothing for exercise and would like to be able to at least start something so I can tell Dayna at my 1 on 1 nut appt that I have done so.

Hi Peggy!  I wanted to congratulate you on your pre-op weight loss!! Fantastic Job to YOU!!  I don't use Exercise videos so unfortunately, I can't help you there.  I go to Curves and love it.  I have or had bad knees as I have Rhuematoid Arthritis, so I know how you feel.  I started off real slow at curves 1 year ago.  Is there a Curves in your area?  It is so fun to go there!  They are very helpful and they can work around your bad knees until you can get the muscles built up to protect your joints.
