crabcakes

the crabcake recipe in the OH Magazine were awesome, although hard to flip and keep together, be very careful and use a thin flipper and a fork as backup to keep together.  Yummy, I didn't use sesemee (sp) oil, and very little cyanne.

Thanks Ill have to try them out I love seafood.
