I love the state of Maine! That said, yes I have been lurking and enjoyed all of you chatter. You are a fine group and have given me encouragement and strenght. My RNY WLS is in the morning at the St Joseph East Hospital in Lexington, KY that is if I can make it through the ice storm that is heading our way here in KY. I can not leave home before 6:30 am to make a trip that should only take 1+ hours to drive but tomorrow morning with the ice I will be leaving 3 hours early to make a 1+ hour trip. Can't leave before feeding all the kitties and one special kitty is diabetic and will need her insulin shot before I can go...... Enough said. We always make a two day driving trip to Maine every year. We love the people and the food.... Dang won't be able to stuff myself with haddock and clams this year but I will be ordering them just the same!  Looking forward to visiting you state in May and/or September. Connie

Glad you said hi Connnie!  Good luck with your surgery.  Haddock...mmmm.....used to love it at least---we shall see.  That is one thing I am looking forward to trying...fish baked in tinfoil on the grill with spices.   Keep posting :)

Hmmm...well I'm not post op but I'll join in on this thread anyway. I was planning to have Dr. Toder at EMMC but am now considering Dr. Huang instead.   I'd really like to hear what others think of him....he is very rarely mentioned on this board. Thanks!
