Yummy Pumpkin Stuff

I got this recipe from the main forum a while ago and just made it today. If you like pumpkin pie this is yummy and it can be eaten at the puree stage.

1 cup pumpkin (not the pie mix) I used the whole can
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg works too
1 cup FF milk
1 cup SF cool whip
1 pkg cheesecake SF/FF pudding
Mix all indredients together and chill about an hour. Add a dollup of cool whip on top and enjoy!!

I don't know what the nutritional information is and I couldn't figure out dailyplate.com .

Oh Steph! You don't know how excited I am about this one!! I love pumpkin pie, just not very creative!  I will try this one for sure!! ETA:  I will try putting this recipe into the recipe builder I have and see what comes up for the Nutritional info.

This is a great recipe and I can't wait until my NUT clears me for pumpkin - not until 6 weeks out, my plan keeps fiber out of the diet even at soft food stage.

Wow, your NUT is much stricter than mine.  The first month we could have anything that you could put in a blender.

Yes, it is totally amazing how different the plans are from physician to physician. I can eat chicken with gravy now - go figure.

I was doing my dailyplate just now and put in pumpkin to try and figure out what the caloric intake on the yummy pumpkin stuff is...it came up "Pumpkin Fluff" about 2 tbsp is only 10 calories so 1/4 cup is 20...YEAH!!!
