can we blend soups?
Okay, so I was all studied up and ready, now it seems every day I wonder soemthing different. I am so sick of cream of soups and broths and protein shakes. And go figure I probably have another week or so on them.
So I was wondering if you can take another soup you like (that meets the criteria of low sugar, low fat, low sodium) and put it in the processor to make it a slightly thicker (probably consistency of a cream of soup.
For example say I love vegetable soup. Okay, bad example since it is tomato based but I haven't looked at the grocery store. Could I put this mystery soup into a processor, mix it up smooth and eat 1/4 cup of it? Am I missing why we wouldn't be able to?
