Big Bellly
Hi everyone got a question. I am again in another stall and close to MY goal weight not the doctors.the question is. My top belly doesnt seem to be going anywheres. I do alot of exercising I have a ab lounger but nothings seem to be shrinking my top fat roll. My hubby said it is going to be the last to go. Aleast I call it my top fat roll (not nice I know but thats what I call it). My lower on finally has shrunk. Maybe It just needs alot more time, Anyone else having this problem.
I start this on my treadmill this morning hope this is going to help me lose. I guess I need to step it up because I did do alot of sweating.. Start 2.5. 2-min- 3.5, 7-mins-3.8, 26-mins-3.0, 27-mins-3.8,36-mins-3.0, 37-mins-3.8, 47-mins-3.0, 53-mins-3.8, 58-mins-2.5, 60:00mins-done (thank God)!! 3.6 miles at the end Also I have stopped drinking crystal light, only going to use it in my strawberry protein drink.I have found this morning I am not so hungry if I just drink plain water with one pack of splenda in it. I cant just drink plain water.. I see kathy talking about mixing it with kool-aid. but I want to get back to jus****er. I dont know if this will jump start me again but it sure it going to make me sweat.. let me know what you think thank for your help.. Kathy why are you going to Mexico for plastic????
