Valentine's Day

Hi all how was your Valentine's day. Mine was great Hubby took me right to LL Bean to buy me my new no hassle snowshoes. Gonna go break them in today. . Totally surprised me cause I didn't think he was gonna get them for me.

hi, Kathy, awww that is nice.  My DH and I don't really do anything for VD but we did get power and get to sleep together. hehe does that count, last night he slept downstairs to keep the fire going. 

congradulations on getting the new snow shoes.. i love mine from ll beans.. got blisters on backs of both heals the boots are really stiff.. but I love them.,i just but bandades on and way we got.. we did not do anything for valentines day either, hubby had root canal other day and still isnt feeling right up to par, we are going to camp this weekend our camp in the sticks with the snowmobiles that will be fun. have a nice weekend Barb

My DH and I were going to go out to eat but I had to work late and so I told him we should do dinner today instead of yesterday.  Then while I was on my way home he called to tell me the power was out again (we were 6 hours without on Wednesday) and so we ended up going out to eat anyway. LOL.    I had told him I did not want flowers because I would rather get them when I am in the hospital.  But it was a special day for us.  It was the anniversy of our first date so the best thing for me was to spend some time with him.
