Hi! New here

Hello all, I am new to this message board.  I have been working on the WLS process since July 2007.  I have completed all the testing a while ago now.  My insurance required 6 month of MD directed weight loss effort.  I have lost 35 lbs over the 6 months.  I just finished my last visit with Corrine yesterday so hopefully they are submitted to my insurance soon.  They say my insurance usually takes up to 30 days to hear.  I am really nervous about that part.  I will be devestated if they refuse me.  I have worked way to hard for this.  I have been reading your posts.  You are great support for each other.  I hope I am on a count down for my surgery date soon.  Everyone in Dr. Loggins office has been great!

Very nice to have you here. I am originally from Fairfield the middle road to be exact rt 104 going right into Skowhegan. Feel free to ask any questions one of us is sure to be able to help you out. Welcome to the group we are a great bunch of losers....good luck with your insurance company and congradulations on the weigh loss, Insurance company can be a pain but it is well worth the weight to have the surgery done and jump thur all there hoops..  I live in Saint Albans not to far. again WELCOME. Welcome! Welcome! You will love it hear. We are very supportive of one another and feel free to ask anything. Don't worry about the insurance approval. I'm sure you will pass with time. Feel free to call them daily for updates. The squeeky wheel gets the oil.

Oh, by the way. We're trying to have a get together sometime this summer with all of us from the Maine board. I'm sure there will be updates when the time gets closer. We hope you can make it too.

Welcome, I am new here too and have been welcomed by all. From what I have read (not having gone through it myself) you will be fine and will be on the losers bench before you know it and can give me advice for when I have my surgery hopefully in June. So come back often and post frequently!
