Oh Mamag!!! I'm so sorry - how long were you without power?  I don't deal well without power - I can last an hour or two then I start to freak out. I learned many years ago to live on the same line as a hospital does, I'm rarely w/o power for more than 20 minutes.  Even in the infamous ice storm 10 years ago, I was only without power for about 6 hours.
