personal trainner

I was seriously thinking about getting a personal trainner to come to my house and help me incorporate my daily jobs (Spring, SUmmer and Fall) into a fitness routine.  Going the the gym is out of the question for me, I hate crowds, spandex people, and plus would hate to spend the money when I could be at home getting yard work done and exercise all in one.  I live on a quiet road (perfect for walking), do lots of yard work, (mowing, raking, shoveling), got an awesome little steep hill right on land which would be a good power walk.  Has anyone ever had a Personal T. and do you know of any locally (Lewiston).

Kind of funny when I had lost weight before I was married and had kids I loved the gym. Now I am not to fond of it but I think its a self confidence thing. Once I get down to a weight I am comfortable with I will probably go back we have a small family gym right here in Naples that is quiet and owners are very nice.I was 135 pounds when I met hubby Just waiting to get back to that me again. Sheesh I remember I was in a size 5 due to all I had lost wow amazing  Someday Ill be there again. God willing

Cheryl, What a great idea! If you find anything out about this please share with us. Someone could make a lot of money doing this. I know I would pay someone to come to my house in the winter and show me how to work out correctly. In the summer months I'd rather swim in my pool and take walks. But in the winter most people are stuck in the house. ~dori~
