Bleeping Insurance

Spoke to a manager today because I'm still under review according to the first customer service rep. I explained to her that normally results were coming back in 48 to 72 hours and it's now been 7 days and she tried again to say it could take up to 14 days to come back. I said that doesn't work for me as I need to schedule time off from work, have pre-op appointments and get child care. She said she would look further to see why it's taking so long and would call me back. They are being very nice but I'm frustrated it's taking so long. I'm going to call again in a couple of hours and will till I get an answer!!!

Lisa,  Sorry they are giving you a hard time.  Keep calling, I called everyday until I got an answer.  Keep your head up.  Hope you hear soon!
