Today's schedule

Not to exclude you Tanya, but we all know what your doing today, haha... Poor you, I am so not looking foward to it.  But it will be all worth it tomorrow.  Good Luck sweetie!!  on that note, I have sanded walls, painted, and now I'm going to shovel, Is there more comming???? Dang!  What you all doing?

I cleaned my car and shoveled for bout an hour I promise I was taking it easy but it had to be done. Kids had a great time sliding down our metal roof snow banks that are about 7 feet high at least. I am finally eating something now ooof been sleeping in this weekend. Back to the 6 am wake up tomorrow RATS

I guess I should look at the weather - right here in my little world this week it has snowed just about every day, but not much - anywhere's from 1/2 to 2 inches a day. Are you all getting a lot more than that?  And I am sick of snow myself..............cannot wait for summer with green grass, beautiful colorful flowers.... For my plans for today - not much I ended up having company last night and being new out of surgery I'm a little tired - so I'm working on an afgan and I may kick myself in my butt to start a blog. Sundays for me are laundry days, so that's what I'm doing today. With hubby, myself and 3 kids it takes ALL day. It's snowing here right now and were suppose to be getting more snow this week. I don't know where we're going to put it. The snow banks are so high as it is. I to am ready for Spring. I can't wait to open our pool and go swimming. Right now we can't even see it there is so much snow. lol I don't shovel unless I have to. Hubby does it. ~dori~

I am working... boo!  And to top it off, I had my usual lean cuisine for lunch.  I guess I must have ate too fast because   It has been so long since I have done that!! 

Just got up from a much needed nap...both kids took one too.  Daughter is actually still sleeping.  Still a plowing widow with no end in sight.  Had my 15 month old nephew overnight so we all played this morning.  My sister visited when she picked him up ~ gave me a dose of reality which she does very well.  Let's see:  dishes, laundry, changed beds, more laundry, a lotta OH time, ebaying, & oh yea more laundry.  Wanted to get outside but have yet to do that...maybe when my daughter wakes up.  I also have to prepared to teach a CPR class tomorrow afternoon. 

steph, where does he plow? does he even come home to sleep?  Boy that really sucks, I don't blame you for being bored and lonely.  As bad as this might sound, you must look forward to work on mondays.  I love staying home but after 3 days I'm ready to bite someone's head off.  there is light at the end of the tunnel, days will get easier.  I see my dgt and her boyfriend going thru the same thing. I gave them my credit card yesterday to go fill up their car with gas cause its been so rough.  both work 2 jobs.  don't get alot of time together.  I also had to give her a dose of reality.  She feels it is only her.  just remember there are better days ahead and even maybe a romantic tropical trip for you and Sean.  Take care toots.  cheryl

Hi Cheryl, Sean hasn't been home since Friday morning and from the looks of it outside he won't be home till sometime tomorrow.  I now completely understand when my Mom used to say "I can't wait to go back to work" on Sunday's.   It's a little nuts without some one to talk to.  I don't know what I would do without this site!!!  Can I use your CC tomorrow for gas???  Just send it to work with R!!  You can assure your daughter it's not just her and the finance struggle never seems to go away!! Sean and I have the day off together on Thursday for Dr. appts & taxes.  We are going out to lunch at Mac's Grill for Valentine's Day between appointments.  I'm looking foward to that even though I won't be able to enjoy the steak my mouth is already watering for the baked stuffed haddock ~ wonder if it's good reheated as I know I'll get at least 3 meals out of it.

Stephanie, Enjoy your lunch with your hubby on Valentines Day but don't reheat the fish. Fish turns to rubber when you reheat it. I learned this the hard way. It hurt my pouch so had I wanted to throw up but couldn't. I hate when that happens. Sounds like your going to have a great day. I hope it stops snowing so you have good traveling. Did you get thunder over your way? It was thundering here just a little bit ago and now its a "white out" out there. ~dori~

Thanx for the tip Dori!  Maybe I'll do chicken then because I don't want to waste the food or the $$!!  I throw so much food away now it's sad, frustrating and not very economical.
