alternative to crystal light?

I checked again while I was shopping today and the brand 4C is sweetened with splenda.  It comes in big containers but also the ones that are just enough to flavor 1 bottle of water.  I found it in the coffee/tea isle of Walmart but I have also seen them at Shaws and Hannaford.  I have had them and I like the flavor.  Not overpowering strong or sweet.

I don't even crave the diet dew anymore I was also drinking the pepsi max yikes that is loaded with caffeine and I did have the 3 day headache but had my eye on my goal and didn't look back :-)

yeah, it's SO not easy. I don't want the caffine anymore - but really do still want the carbonation! It stinks because many surgeons allow diet caf free soda - but I just keep reminding myself that I have to do what Dr. Loggins says!!!
