THe only thing this snow is doing is making me lazy... I miss my mall walks.  I'm actually walking around the house with a bucket of caulking fixing holes in my walls.

Its driving me batty .. I have cabin fever really bad . I kept my kids home from school anticipating the turn in the weather. They are playing nicely. Thank goodness.. I have such good kids.If we do get the 10 or 12 inches of snow we will not be able to see out our bay window any more.. That is really depressing I may have to go shovel the pile down. I haven't really dared to shovel to much not sure if I should yet. It has only been a month and I really don't want to end up in or cause I messed something up.

no no kathy, I dont blame you. have your kids go out to play and shovel the pile. or are they too young?  We have a metal roof and when the snow slides off it is packed like cement.  I think I fractured my wrist yesterday shoveling it.  do you work kathy?  I work at home (kinda) I do a little and come back to see the new messages.  I"m telling you, I'm going nuts...

I have the perfect job, and the money is great too, I take care of a man who has down syndrome.  He lives with us.  I drive him to work in the morning and he works all day and bus brings hiim home.  He is awesome.  Fits in great with our family.  He has 24 days a year of respite (where he can go away to a babysitters) and he goes to visit his parents every weekend.  Wish I could have done this when my kids were small. I don't have to deal with any jerks or lazy people.  I love to garden and work around the house, decorating and repairing things, also crafts.  So there you go!! where are you in maine?? I can give you information

I am sooo enjoying being at home, I've been working full time since i've been 15, worked weird shifts while my kids were babies.  I can certainly find things to do, except for days when my little man stays home, he likes to sleep in and I stay quiet and get bored.  Otherwise I do things in town.  As my husband would say I shop wayyyyy too much tho.   I can see how you would want to go out tho.  I do miss socializing but when I think about getting a small job I change my mind real quick.  I just come on here and socialize now. lol  I think you'd enjoy being a CNA, how far would you travel to get a job??

Hey Kathy, Where are you in Naples?  I grew up there.  I'm not in Harrison.  It would be nice to get together.
