Feb exercise challenge
believe me guys, this is fun and very encouraging. I HATE exercise, but I sit here at night with my calculator and add how many mins i've done and how many i got left divide by how many days I've got left and tell my husband, "I've to to do 32 mins, every day" he thinks I"m nuts, lol I was amazed with how many people took this to another level and even did over 2000. (NOt me) 1000 was awesome for me. YOu guys will be excited to see what everyone else have done on Fridays, and that will really help you. Good LUck!! and try different things have FUN! Cheryl
