Feb exercise challenge

For all of you who were interested in doing the Feb. challenge, we can do this really informal, i'll add a post on the 8th and every Friday after that, you keep track of your own minutes. and we can see how we are all doing and who can make the 1000 mins.  Anyone in with me???

believe me guys, this is fun and very encouraging.  I HATE exercise, but I sit here at night with my calculator and add how many mins i've done and how many i got left divide by how many days I've got left and tell my husband, "I've to to do 32 mins, every day" he thinks I"m nuts, lol I was amazed with how many people took this to another level and even did over 2000. (NOt me) 1000 was awesome for me.  YOu guys will be excited to see what everyone else have done on Fridays, and that will really help you.  Good LUck!! and try different things have FUN!  Cheryl
