Went to see Dr. Loggins this morning for my 6 month follow-up to find that I've lost 97 pounds (88% of my excess body fat) since I first walked into his office. Sheli, I KNOW how you feel! The energy I have now is incredible and I definitely feel as if I have my life back! I had RNY and, like you, wondered if I had made the right choice. Each has to choose what is best for them but we all travel the weight-loss road and reach the same end.......A BETTER LIFE. Take care and CONGRATULATIONS you deserve it ! Anne

Congrats on your loss! Keep up the good work! P.S. Could someone tell me what "SV" means? I have seen it in the titles of a few posts but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

Thanks!

SV means Scale Victory...a weight loss milestone, in BMI or pounds... (losing 50 lbs, being 199lbs, being half way to goal, being out of Morbidly obese, or out of obese, being at goal, losing 10 lbs...anything that makes you feel victorious that is measured by the scale)
