So Kathi got me thinking.... Do any of you have experiemce with WLS books (about emotional stuff), cookbooks, etc. There are so many out there and with the reviews on amazon I can't tell.  Half LOVE them, half HATE them. Have you ordered or read any that you loved or thought was a waste of $?

I only have a couple... and they are the best!  WLS for Dummies and Susan Maria's Before and After....(from bariatriceating.com)

I have the Before and After Book.  Read it at my sleep study.  Well, up until it basically stops and turns into recipes.  Some I will have to try.

Yes, I haven't tried them either.  Some do look yummy!

I too would like to find a good book - on dealing with the emotional aspects of eating as well as the emotional part of after WLS. Like you - I've looked on Amazon and saw the same reviews - not much help in this case. Candace
