great, do you do it all at once, your pretty strong, I do 2 miles in 2 sessions, I take a 10 mins break inbetween.  I will work my way up, maybe next week.  good job...

That's awesome.  I do 1 mile now and use the weights like they do.  I can't imagine being able to do three right now---hopefully soon.  I just finished mine actually---cooling down at the computer

Good for you!!! Can't wait to be there with you - I miss just regular walking my dog. I can remember just a few years ago I was walking 3 miles a day right now - I'm lucky to make it around the grocery store. Keep it up!!! Candace

I agree, but, today I'm kicking it up to 3 miles, I've had this crap, been dieting, journling, exercising and this scale hasn't moved, i'll never get this 10% off.  Corinne is not gonna believe me when I say how good i'm doing.  Damn, I need the band,  so wish me luck, with my 3 miles, might not do the whole 3 together, but at lease 2, then break.

I worked myself up to the 3 mile over the fall by October I was doing the 3 mile starting in September.. I just forced myself to do it..  I was totally motivated to lose that 10% too. I ate less than 1000 cal a day watched carbs got protein in.. Wasn't so good abou****ching the fat but I guess with low cal and the exercise 5 days a week I made up for the fat in my diet.

That is awesome! I love my Leslie Sansone's walking dvd. I do the 2 mile one. Yesterday I was outside for a couple of hours with the kids while they were skating. I started and manned the fire. We had a blast but I froze my bazzanga's off!

so I upped to 3 miles today, dropped my cal to under 1000 and no carbs, see if that helps...

So you inspired me today---I tried the 2 mile walk away the pounds and finished it today.  Boy my arms were sore from holding those balls!

I did my 3 miles yesterday and only did 2 today.  My ankles are hurting me. Gonna be 50 next week, and Leslie is killing me. hehe  But I see this man at the mall walking he is around 75, blast by everyone and walks 1 1/2 hours a day.  Holy COw!  I'm only 50, you wait, I'll be his walking partner soon.  haha  geeee I wonder if his ankles hurt?
