I think I have a pretty good understanding of the graph, I have one for myself too. Is there a specific part you don't get or just in general?

specific part it is the pounds of fat...i have gone from98.5 to 68  this is where she said i need to up my exercise level. it that what they are telling you

If I remember correctly they told me that for every 10# you lose about 1# of that is muscle so if you have lost 6#'s in muscle and 61# since surgery I would think you are doing fine. However, I know they like people to gain muscle and that is something they are after me about too because I haven't gained any. My guess is that is why they are trying to get you to up the exercise. I can't find my binder right now, my room is a mess, but after I get back from classes today I will find it and post my chart so you can see it.
