Exercise

Well I was a good girl and had my treadmill brought in the house  so now i have the bike and the treadmill in the living room   Not much room for anything else but my  equipment is there. Have a great weekend. all!!! patty p

Good for you Patty!   I have been going to Curves now for almost a year.  I got 3 sometimes 4 days a week. I love it and it makes me feel great!
