Document everything, drink up to 85 oz. of water, keep sodium low and fiber high and get your protein in. Exercise at least 4 times a week for a half hour each time. You'll cruise thru with flying colors.
hehe, i know it was short and sweet. I really need to get back on track with loosing some weight, been an aweful week, I fell flat on my face yesterday, thought I broke my knee, then today, "Idiot" walked right into a 2x4 sticking out of the back of a truck at home depot. amost ripped my nose off. went inside and felt blood dripping down my lips, what's next??? Need to call the office to check on my insurance, I called to have them send me their requirements, chrystal said she would also do it, and I havn't got it, yet, grrrr, should I call and ask Christal if she got hers??
I just laughed out loud at you walking into the 2x4 from the back of the teuck. I know I shouldn't---but it sounds like soemthing I would do. My thing is walking into stationary things with my legs and wiping out. I actually hyper extended my knee by trying to walk between the jeep and the atv trailer. Walked right into it instead of stepping over. My body kept going, but my shins were stuck---man it hurt, but I was laughing (after a bit of cursing) because I am such a clutz.
ohhh, mine was "Pony, blue, nickel" oh, as as for being a clutz, yesterday my dog was getting ready to puke on our rug, so I ran over to grab his collar and drag him to the floor and I trip on edge of rug and flew down on my right knee and left elbow, as I lie there crying, my dog is puking about 12inches next to me, boy, what a way to loose your appetite (sp). boy been a while since I"ve gotten a rug burn???
