Welcome to the Maine board! Yes I think support groups are great for before surgery to help with your journey and for after surgery to help keep you on track and for you to also "give back" to help people on the same journey as you are. Hi and Welcome!!! Blackflybites....hmmmm........well I think after today's storm I'd be welcoming those black fly bites!!! I sure miss summer. I'm 51 myself and single - I admire you for getting more education, it's not easy.
