Had my 6 week with Dr. Clough!!!
Since my surgeon is not here anymore I had my six week with Dr Clough.
I have lost 35 as of today woo hoo.!!!
I am doing good now can kick up the exercise he said. But i hate to exercise. Will have to have another plan maybe i can talk them into bringing in my treadmill and doing the bike too and leslie sansone. That might just add a little to it.

Hi Patty! That is such great news of your 35lb weight loss! That is just great! I'm so proud of you. Congratulations!!!! I'm sure that you will find exercises that will keep you motivated and interested. My hubby and I choose one day on the weekends to do something active so that I don't get bored walking all the time. Last weekend we made a snowman and that was a blast. This weekend we're going ice skating. It's a great idea and it gives us both something fun to do together while still being active! Awesome Patty!! 35# gone and more to join them soon! I'm glad to hear that you've been given the go-ahead to exercise. It'll make a huge difference, so you definitely want to make it part of your daily routine.
Try out a bunch of different activities and exercises and stick with what works and what you enjoy the most. Your more likely to keep with it for life, if you enjoy it. Good luck! Keep us posted on your progress.

Congratulations on your weight loss!! AWESOME!! I to am an exercise hater...haha...but I do Leslie Sansone four to five times a week, it is about a 30 minute workout, I didn't think I would like it at first, but if I miss a day I feel guilty!! Keep up the good work!!
