Got my date !!!!

Cant believe it really. My date is Jan 7th just around the corner. Ill have to say now that its so close I am a little scared. I know this is the right thing to do though and my Lord will be with me in the O. R just as He is always. I am putting Him back into the drivers seat He is in control. Course I will be doing my part but just knowing He is there totally enough to get me through the rough days I know will be ahead.

Congratulations on finally getting your date for the "Big Day"! You''ll be in my thoughts and prayers from now through that day. You're right in saying that our Lord is right there beside you throughout this journey as He is though out all our lives. We're all a bit apprehensive when the news of a firm surgery date arrives but it's well worth it once all is said and done. Take Care! Anne

wow, cool, you must be so excited, how long was your process?  I'm also in the process with Dr. Loggins and was wondering how long its been.  Did you loose your 10%?  I have 1st appt with Nut on the 7th for the test?  was that a hard test?  I lost my book and am freaking out, I need to study, shouldn't I?  I better call for another one.  Good Luck and enjoy your new life.  cheryl

I started in September believe it or not Sept 2nd was my first appt. I have lost 30 pounds since and been living on 1000 calories or less since that day. My ins was pretty quick with decision too. Once I was approved by Dr Loggins' team and info was submitted it was maybe a week before I had my approval. OMG surgery is next week I am excited and a little anxious too but all is good and I'm Happy I decided to do this cause it will work I know it will cause My Lord is in control now not  me
