Exercise
I bought a treadmill from walmart and have been walking two miles 5 & 6 days a week. I have worked my way up to 3.3 miles an hour and can now walk 3.7 for 1/2 mile. I keep playing with the speed, my doc said i should beable to walk a mile in 15 minutes. I can do it in 18:20 so working on getting it down but I started out doing 20 mins miles , it takes me 34 mins to do 2 miles..it use to take me 40 mins, so I getting there. I also do my theraband 3 times a week and my ab louger 5 days a week doing 20 sit up.. The best it the treadmill for me i started out 230 now 172 havent weighed myself in 2 weeks so i hope im lower now.. Barb
