I have you down for some samples.  If you call or send them an email make sure to mention Tanya from your Bariatric group told you about the site and is giving you samples.  That way they will  know the samples they sent will be helping their business.  I don't think they normally do samples like they did to me, but since I went back and forth and explained about how we all have tried lots of things and have been sharing ones we like/don't like etc.

I have no idea about lactose etc---but I just got them in the mail and many say lactose free.  Is that what you meant---lactose free?

yes that is what i mean lactose..if it says it on it they are lactose free..I cant believe i can finally drink protein shakes

Most of the samples they sent are protein isolate and they say lactose free right on the package.  So you want a lactose free sample?  I am sending everyone 2 different flavors to try.
