Clothes Exchange

I know OH has a clothing exchange but what about us here in Maine offering what we have to each other for a swap for something someone else has?  I have bought some new jeans a few times and have already gotten so they don't fit and its a shame for them to just hang in my closet.  Anyone else interested in swapping clothes here on the Maine site?

Hey there Miss Netti... Acutally we at Dr. Loggins have a clothes exchange. We bring our clothes in during our monthly meeting.. but I think that it would be good to start a Maine wide one.. What are our options.. What could we do..?

I think for a good start I could in a seperate post describe what I have and then if someone likes something they can write and tell me what they have or everyone can list what they have and if anyone is interested they can let the person know.  Think people would have more to choose from if people are interested in this. Paying postage to send the item wouldnt be bad if you had something coming to you from someone else I don't think. I would be willing to do it.   Guess first thing is we would need to know who would be interested in doing this.

I also have a bunch of shirts and pants and though I have already shipped some to Goodwill I would be willing to pass them on to fellow Maine people if they wanted them. Also for anyone who is in the EMMC program I believe we have our own clothing swap. It was supposed to be every month but I think it slowed down and is on a new schedule now, there was something about it in the last issue of The Skinny.

I think that's a great idea! I didn't know that Dr. Loggins' group was doing that! I need to get to one of those meetings on of these days!!!

I have a few shirts and one or two pairs of pants. If anyone is interested just let me know what size you are in and if they are what you are looking for they are yours!

I would be interested in swapping clothes too. I frequent Goodwill and find some stuff, but I have clothes that can go too.
