Green field filter, I have factor 5 leiden defiency

Hi everyone! My greenfield filter is because of my factor 5 leiden, its a blood disorder wich causes my blood to clot more then others, I found out i had this, when I suffered a pulminary embolism with my first back surgery and almost lost my life, OH I WAS A SMoker too. WAS WAS WAS.. so   anyway its not a normal procedure for everyone, its to prevent another clot traveling to my lung, it will be installed into my  leg vein, prior to surgery, same morning,  and my surgeon will remove it  at one point not sure when, some people have it permanent, my surgeon prefers temporary,                   I regularly take (coumadin) blood thinners.  so putting me on the lovenox, its a heparin injection to prevent blood clots,  they are wicked expensive the 7 day supply i start tomorow morning every 12 hours, I inject into my stomach  costs 789.oo praising God for insurance,   I will go back on my normal thinners after surgery and  to go home with them if my new pouch absorbs properly , to achieve the correct dosage if not have to inject until then and would require prior approval                    Kathy  talk to your surgeon about your filter, as you should know if he plans to leave it in forever?               NOw some surgeons will put patients on these lovenox injections after major surgery for the sheer reason, pulminary embolism is  such a high risk of death and a serious risk, ask me I had one! especially if the patient has  swelling or edema or is not as active ,        This is another reason why they insisist you get up  in hospitals , to keep that blood flowing,   I already asked  MY surgeon,  Dr. Trieu I said now if I feel ok and I all is well I CAN get right up cant I?  I want that in writing,   I have a lot of back pain I keep moving constantly, pinching all the time soo its extra important as well as blood clots.                the pain med, they prescribe for after surgery  loratab, is what I take up to 4 times a day sometimes, so pain is what I am hoping to LOSE AS Well as some weight...                 I have to tell you my toothpaste is pretty delicous these days, this liquid diet is unique,  I"m doing it! and I have just 7 day count down to surgery                   I do have a web site,  not quite open yet, but will be soon.. www.freshbakedrefills.com    splash page is up.
