Free Samples

Does anyone know of any websites that offer free samples of their products specific for WLS patients? If not, can you offer me some advice on what products you like or don't like and where I might find some good resources for protein sources? Thanks everyone!! Cathy

Hi Cathy, Check out www.bariatriceating.com   They have tons of samples to buy.  You can also get the protein pack, it comes with many many samples, a blender bottle (use mine every day) and a book. IT is totally worth the money spent. Good luck on your journey and I can't wait to hear your success stories!!
