Hi all Been to my sisters in New Brunswick for the weekend. Did eat but also did a lot of walking. Helped her shovel the driveway . I haven't shoveled for over 20 years. but i took my time and stopped when i got too tired. Back on the liquid diet today. got my samples of proteinex 18 havent tasted them yet Well back to exercising and trying to stay on the liquid diet. Have a great day Patty P

I didn't have to do a liquid diet but I know many pre-ops do, stick with it, it will be worth it in the end!
