Hi everyone! Today at lunch time I went to the Presque Isle Rite Aid to purchase some Biotin because I've been reading about how it helps hair and nails. I wasn't able to find any. boo hoo When I got back to my office I looked it up online and found it at riteaid.com. I plan to look at WalMart next time I go. I'm just wondering....where do you guys purchase your Biotin?

I don't use it, but I did happen to see it at Wal-Mart. It is the Spring Valley brand.

Thank you Kathi. I'll be going to Wal*Mart Thursday or Friday during my lunch hour. There's soooo many vitamins on the shelves, knowing what brand to look for is a great help!

I bought mine at the local health food store. It is the Solgar brand and comes in a tiny vegetable capsule. I just started taking it. Hopefully it really works and will help stop my hair from falling out and my nails from breaking. Good Luck.

Oh I wish we had a health food store up this way. I did go to Wal*Mart and I did purchase it there. Gee I really thought I would be more apt to find it at Rite-Aid than Wal*Mart.
