W'ell take any loss. I know it is probably frustratin---but at least you lost and didn't gani. I have had weeks before where I exercised a ton, ate right and gained. I like to pretend it was muscle ha ha.
Congrats on taking this journey! I hope everything goes through with your insurance easily. How long have you been meeting with Corrine?
This was my second meeting with Corrine and she said I was cool. I have my third appointment next month on the 28th. She said I am all set to have the surgery. Lets hope the insurance isn't a problem. I talked to her about the insurance and she said that should be a problem. I hope she's right.
Happy Halloween

So Glad that Corinne gave you the ok! Once they review your file it'll go to insurance within a few days, usually. It's up to the insurance at that point. I was worried too ... but Dr. Loggins must put together a heck of a packet because I was approved by Anthem in 48 hours! Crystal called me the next day and we set a date for surgery ... just 10 days later! Hope it's that smooth for you! :)
That is awesome! 2 pounds is something. They have to know you're trying. I see Corinne on the 27th for my one on one. I have to take my quiz that day too. I hope I pass the first time. I hope to have surgery before the end of the year. Don't want to have to pay another co-pay if I can help it. I'm writing everything down that goes in my mouth. I wish I could get my calories below 1400. I'm easily getting the protein and some days it's over 100! Keep plugging away. You're doing a great job.
Seems like with Dr. Loggins that if you're a strong candidate and you don't have any problems with the testing (like requiring a sleep test or need counseling after the psych eval) or get hung up with Corinne that you can get through the process pretty quickly.
I had my inital consult with Dr. Loggins on July 12th and had my surgery on September 24th.
