new 3 months photo

hey everyone check out my new picture at 3months after surgery.. I am so happy with ME....I am excited it has been all worth it to me and would have the surgery done again a dozen times just to feel as good about myself as I do.. I can even walk on my treadmill at 3.0 -3.2 miles an hour. I could never do that before. I walk 2 miles and happy about it.. Barb

Congrats on doing so well!  I am so proud of you...   Keep up the great work.  Glad to hear that you are doing so well on the treadmill.   I am not sure what I am going to do once allowed to exercise as up here in the "boonies" there aren't any gyms...lol.... gonna go look at your pics now.  Take care.

OMG you look amazing!  Hard to believe only 3 months out.  It is insane how much everyone changes after the surgery.  You look 10 years younger too.  Not that I am asaying you looked old before---you know what I mean :)  Congrats on the weightloss--keep it up! Tanya
