My first appointment

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Loggins and his staff. Thank you all for your kind words regarding him and his staff. You were absolutely right. What a great bunch of people. He says I'm a great candidate and should get thru the process pretty quickly. We have a initial weight loss goal of 23 pounds before surgery. Right now I'm waiting for some other pre-surgery appointments. It will be a Happy New Year this year.

I found the three hour class really interesting! I learned all kinds of stuff! You can bring someone with you too - I brought my mother (hubby was home with the baby).

I'm taking my 15 year old son with me to the nut class. He wants to learn everything too. He's my biggest support.
