Hello!  This board is a little slow, I lurk over at the RNY forum alot.  I had lap RNY on July the 6th, and this morning, down 80 lbs.  Started at 263, now I am 183   yeah me.  I have had some complications though, but nothing I can't get through, and I am very happy with my surgery.

Hello!  The site has been a bit slow lately.  I guess it must be because everyone is busy exercising!  Right?!!  LOL   I'm still going slowly on this wls journey.  I have another Endoscope (my 2nd in 3 weeks) to dialate my anastomosis this Friday.  I've been vomiting more (still), so my surgeon thinks that my opening has probably closed up again creating another stricture.  I'm still taking the medication for the ulcers they found during the last endoscope procedure.   My hair is also coming out in handfuls these days due to not being able to keep protein down (or food at all most of the time.)  I had thin hair to start with, so it's a bit frustrating to watch it get even thinner.  I'll certainly be glad when all these complications are over.  The silver lining.....I've lost 51# so far and finally had to go buy some smaller clothes last weekend!!  From a size 26/28 to a size 18/20!!     Blessings, Yvonne
