Welcome Home, Miss Netti! Glad to see you are doing well, and don't worry you will find that comfy spot.  Just give it a few days. I remember being mainly cold, never hot. But that subsided as well as the days went on...Drinking is most important right now.  Drink Drink Drink and Move Move Move!! Take care,

I had trouble getting in a good position in bed also. What I did was put a pillow beside me and rolled up against it. It seemed to work ok. It's much better now and i'm only 2 weeks out. Cheryl

Welcome home Miss Netti!!  It only gets better from here!!  I put a pillow on each side of me to get comfortable, it does take a few tries to get it right but you will find your spot again!!  Welcome to the losers bench!!

netti, me being a stomach sleeper well...... Could not sleep on my stomach but I laid on my side and put a pillow between me and the bed it was good for me. But after about 3 weeks I could carefully sleep on my stomach boy did that feel good. I had to be careful though.

Hi Netti,      I'm soo glad to hear that your home!  I also used a pillow between me & the bed and sorta leaned into it.  But I did end up sleeping on my back alot in the beginning (not my favorite way to sleep).   Have you been able to get much sleep?      I'll be praying for a quick recovery for you.  Slow is the way to go.  One day at a time.  Keep us posted!  Blessings, Yvonne
